Do you have a favourite cafe? Want to see it featured? Or do you walk by a nice looking cafe every so often but don’t know if it is good? Well, we are putting out the word that we are open to review.

We are rolling out a new evaluation system, which I will post later. As we often say, we are not coffee experts, so we really do try to explain why we rate as we do, even if we don’t quite understand all the nuances yet. In an effort to pair learning with our reviews, we will try to interview cafe owners and/or baristas at each visit. We will share with you what we learn.

So, want a review on Vancouver coffee? Post your comment or email me. Since we have reviewed quite a number of cafes in the past, we are more than happy to come back and do the interview portion as well. Indeed, some cafes will see us as regulars anyway!
